Digital HiFi provides digital marketing services to clients in India and operates under strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 and other applicable laws. Terms and Conditions
1. Services and Scope
Digital HiFi offers digital marketing services including social media management, SEO, content creation, paid advertising, and analytics reporting. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing defined in individual client proposals or contracts.
2. Payment Terms
Payments due per agreed schedule (advance/milestone/full). Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. All fees exclude GST (18%) unless specified. No refunds for completed deliverables.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide timely content approvals, assets, login credentials, and feedback. Ensure all provided materials comply with laws and do not infringe third-party rights. Digital HiFi not liable for client content violations.
4. Intellectual Property
Digital HiFi retains rights to reusable templates/methodologies. Client owns final deliverables upon full payment. Pre-existing Digital HiFi IP licensed non-exclusively for client use.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client pays for completed work. Digital HiFi may terminate immediately for non-payment or legal violations.
6. Liability Limitation
Services provided “as-is.” Maximum liability limited to fees paid in preceding 3 months. No consequential damages. Force majeure events excuse performance.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
Contact details (name, email, phone, company) submitted via forms/emails for quotes and consultations. Campaign data including ad performance metrics and client login credentials (handled securely). Website analytics (IP, browser data) via Google Analytics.
How We Use Data
Service delivery, campaign optimization, invoicing, and client communications. Analytics improve service quality. Marketing updates (opt-out available). No data sales to third parties.
Sharing and Disclosure
Trusted processors only: Google Workspace, Meta Ads, Razorpay payments under DPAs. Legal disclosures if required by Indian authorities. No international transfers without safeguards.
Data Security and Retention
Encryption, access controls, regular audits protect client data. Retain 2 years post-engagement or per legal requirements, then securely delete. Breach notification within 72 hours per DPDP.
Client Rights (DPDP Compliance)
Access, correct, delete, or port your data. Withdraw consent anytime. Submit requests to info@digitalhifi.com. Marketing opt-out honored immediately.

General Provisions
